"Past PT Instructor takes up yoga!"

I never thought I would be good at yoga, due to poor flexibility and previous sporting injuries however, Ann has taken me through step by step to build my confidence with the different yoga positions! I am a couple weeks in and absolutely love it! From barely being able to stretch my thigh muscle to holding a shoulder stand! Starting the sessions sometimes feeling tired and stiff, to finishing up feeling relaxed, reenergised and taking the time to unwind! ...I look forward to continuing along my yoga journey journey with my yoga teacher Ann :)
