I am an accredited Yoga London 200 Hour Yoga Teacher with further training in pre & postnatal yoga, baby yoga & massage and yin yoga based in South West London.

 

I started dabbling with yoga at my local gym, and never thought it was really for me. I thought I had to touch my toes and contort my body into postures I could not even pronounce in Sanskrit. How wrong could I have been – after many years of personal practice with some wonderful teachers, I decided I wanted to deepen my practice and gain knowledge of the history and philosophy of Yoga, so I took the plunge and delved deeper into my practice with Yoga London to fulfil my dream of teaching and sharing my passion for yoga. 

 

Yoga is so much more, and I believe everyone should make it part of their everyday life.  We live such busy lives and with stress and the physical body suffering with the in-balance of everyday life we need yoga to re-balance the left and right side of the body so that we can develop harmony within the body.

I teach both private, one to one, workshops, teens & small group yoga classes. I also support and hold classes at local halls, gyms and studios in the community and for small and large corporate workplaces.

 

Yoga is accessible to everyone, so grab your mat and join me for “Some Me Time”. 

Remember, there is nothing to feel overwhelmed by, and nothing to fail at - Just be yourself.
